Carl is back!! If you have not heard Carl
Anderson speak, don't miss the opportunity to fine tune your writing workshop.
Carl brings to us his knowledge of writing from teaching elementary and middle
school language arts, as a lead staff developer at the Teachers College Reading
and Writing Project at Columbia University, and now as a full time national
consultant working with schools, teachers and students across the country. He
has written the books How's It Going and Assessing Writers.

Penny Kittle is a teacher at Kennett High School
in Conway, New Hampshire, as well as a literacy coach. She is also a part-time
writing consultant in the Learning Through Teaching program at the University
of New Hampshire. Penny worked closely with her mentor, Donald Graves, to
videotape teachers in writing process classrooms, capturing the magic of
students engaged with their writing. She is author of Write Beside
Them: One Teacher, One High School, One Writing
Community; The Greatest Catch: A Life of Teaching;
Inside Writing: How to Teach the Details of Craft; My
Quick Writes: For Inside Writing; and Public
Teaching: One Kid at a Time.
